John T at Annual BBQ/Picnic at Olive Grove

Wednesday August 6th, 5:30PM to 8PM

Join us for our annual summer picnic and an informal meeting, where Action Members can start signing up for 2026 Ski Trips. Ski Trip sign-ups will start between 5:45 and 6PM, and John T and crew will be cooking up a variety of BBQ items for all tastes. Beverages also provided. Such a deal for $10!!!

Ski Trip sign-up procedures for the BBQ and after:
Action Ski Trip Registration Process

Attendees must register, pay $10 in advance and accept the Action Release form. No cancellations, please!

Location: Olive Grove Park (near 805 and Clairemont Mesa Blvd)

Bring:
- Tumbler for your beverage
- Personal beverages of choice
- Lawn chair
- Table (optional)
- Well behaved dogs

The following Ski Trips will go on sale at this event:
- Aspen* January 4 - 10
- Mammoth Super Bowl, February 7 - 11
- Sun Peaks (Canada), February 21 - 27
- Jackson Hole*, March 7 - 13 or 8 - 14
- Deer Valley*, March 23 - 27
- Palisades, April 9 - 13 (TBD)
* (requires full IKON Pass)
Keep in mind that you have to be a current Action member to sign-up for Action Ski Trips.
