Action offers three pricing options for trip.
Rate is based on Double occupancy.
All pricing is per person.
We are staying at the Sandman Hotel in Revelstoke.
Trip includes, Air, Ground Transportation, Six Nights Lodging, Action Horderves Party and a Group Dinner.

If you do not have the Ikon pass add $240.
$1125. Standard Room 260 sf. Two Double beds, mini fridge, micro, coffee maker.
$1160. Deluxe Room 290 sf. Two Queen beds, mini fridge, micro, coffee maker.
$1195. Kitchenette, 330 sf. One King bed, mini fridge, micro, coffee maker, stove top, additional dishes.
Minimum Deposit of $400 is required to register for the trip.

There are two parts to the Revelstoke cancellation policy.
Please read both very carefully so you fully understand the policy.
Action FLYAWAY Trip Cancellation Policy
All policies of the Action Ski Club are amended from time to time. We advise you to always read the
cancellation policy before signing up, as there may have been changes since you last read it.
Your reservation is guaranteed only when your trip has been paid for in full.
The initial deposit of $400 is required to sign up for the trip. Deposit schedule must be followed for FLYAWAY trips.
If a trip is full, you may be placed on the waiting list only upon paying for the required payment as stated above. You may drop from the waiting list and request a refund at any time, including when your name comes up to the top of the list.
If a trip is cancelled for whatever reason by the Action Board of Directors, the unrecoverable costs will be defrayed among those signed up for the trip.
Trip leaders must be notified in writing for all cancellations.
Cancellations take effect the day the trip leader receives the written notice.
Cancellation replacements must come from the Action waiting list. In the event that there are no people on the Action waiting list, the person wishing to cancel may find their own replacement, who is or must become an Action member.
No refund will be given to the person cancelling until the replacement has paid in full for the trip.
Any trip cancellation policies enforced by the tour operators or vendors that Action
uses will take precedence over the cancellation policy stated in this document.
If there is nobody on the waiting list and a replacement cannot be found the member may submit a written refund request, explaining reason for the cancellation, to the Trip Leaders within 14 days of the trip. If approved by a 2/3 vote of the Action Ski Club Board, maybe refunded whatever amount Action is refunded by the tour operator
or vendor. If less than 90 days prior to trip departure, the $50 cancellation penalty will also
Alaska Airline Cancellation Policies: Seats may be cancelled with no penalties prior to November 30, 2018. Cancellations after November 30 will result in $150 penalty for each seat cancelled until January 11, 2019 when tickets are issued. Name changes or itinerary changes made after ticketing will result in a $200 fee, plus any difference in fare.
ALL CHANGES MUST BE MADE 14 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO FLIGHT DEPARTURE. Unused tickets are non-refundable.
Mileage upgrade certificates may be allowed but must be handled directly with the Airlines. Partially used tickets are nonrefundable and have no value. Discount certificates, vouchers, senior discount & any other promotional items cannot be used in conjunction with this fare. Full mileage credit is no longer accrued on all flights depending on fare and mileage status.
Sandman Hotel Cancellation Policies:
Rooms cancelled after January 11, are non-refundable.
Once lift order is received (due 30 days prior to travel) only fully unused or partially used lift tickets that are
accompanied by medical/doctors note with cancellation reason will be considered for a refund and must be returned to
Ski.com within 7 days of trip return date. Any lift ticket refunds given will be subject to a $50 per lift fee. Fully unused or
partially used lifts without a medical/doctors note are non-refundable. If lift order is adjusted after order is received penalties
to decrease in lifts may incur. Ikon Passes are non-refundable
Individual cancellations received after February 7, 2019 will be subject to a $75 per person processing fee in
addition to the above fees. There are no refunds for unused services or early departures.
