Action's Super Bowl Pool

Action's Super Bowl Square is comprised of a table of squares which are assigned two numbers. Those numbers correspond to the box’s given value in the X and Y (or horizontal and vertical) coordinates.

The winners will be determined by the square containing the number closest to the last number of each team's score. For example if Team X has 17 and Team Y has 10, then (X) 7, and (Y) 0 wins that quarter.

10% for 1st quarter score,
30% for halftime score
10% for 3rd quarter score
50% of the pot for final score

Each quarter gives you a fresh chance to win.

There will be two pools with 100 squares - one for $2 and one for $5 chances. Each member may purchase 5 squares at $2 ($10) and/or $5 ($25)each. The squares will be auto-populated using a random generator once all squares are purchased, or by
February 5th at 11:00 pm.
Check your email for the pool with names on Feb 7th.

YOUR GUIDE TO THE 20/21 SEASON

Latest Updates (Stay home order continued through Jan 11)

The state mandated Southern California region “Stay Home” order went into effect on December 7 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are continuing to operate for skiing and snowboarding during this time as permitted by the state and will adjust our various businesses accordingly. In compliance with this order, the Mammoth Lodging Collection will not be accepting reservations for the duration of the “Stay Home” period.

What Winter Looks Like

Mammoth Mountain is now open for the 20/21 winter season. With the safety of our guests, employees and community front of mind, we are excited to welcome skiers and riders back to Mammoth this season with new policies and procedures in place.

We have invested $1 million dollars in COVID-19 related resort enhancements, including new technologies and sanitization procedures designed to aid with physical distancing and public health, and to reduce contact points throughout the resort.

Currently, we are prioritizing access to the resort for Ikon Pass holders, and will not be requiring pass holder reservations at this time. We will control resort visitation levels to avoid overcrowding by tightly regulating the number of daily lift tickets, available by advance purchase only. Walk-up sales of lift tickets will no longer be available, allowing us to further manage capacity and reduce contact points in our lodges.

A successful ski season will require a strong partnership between Mammoth Mountain, local government and health officials, the state, and our guests. We will continue to work closely with and follow the guidance of local and state health officials and adjust policies and procedures accordingly.

What can we do?
compost worms
Wigglers (or not) and Food Waste

Bored and want a bunch of new friends? The City of San Diego is offering vouchers for compost bins and worms! If you don't want worms, there are several different bins to choose from. Compost your food, dead leaves, cardboard, paper... instead of throwing it in the trash. Visit the City of San Diego Website and learn about Backyard Composting. The site has a lot of information, references and kid's worksheets.
